Ruth Novales, Nestle Corp Affairs Executive and ECCP Agriculture Committee Chair, joins the entire Philippines with the Department of Agriculture (DA) and Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) in launching HAlina’t magtanim ng Prutas At Gulay sa Barangay Project | Kadiwa Ay Yaman | Plants for Bountiful Barangays Movement (HAPAG KAY PBBM) where barangay communities will be supported by the DA’s Urban and PeriUrban Vegetable Gardens Program in these communities for food security in every home. No less than President Ferdinand Marcos JR, DILG Secretary Benhur Abalos, Director Glenn Panganiban and his team were on hand to welcome Govt and Private Partners during the Launch.

On the same day, ECCP Premium Member Nestle and DA Bureau of Plant Industry inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in growing the Mindanao Robusta Coffee Industry.
