In the Philippines, its subsidiary Pernod Ricard Philippines was created in March 2006 following the acquisition of Allied Domecq. It is organized under the laws of the Philippines and registered with Securities and Exchange Commission primarily to market and exclusively distribute wines and spirits in the Philippines. Its office is located at Units 509-P & 510-P Five E-com Center Building, Pacific Drive Extension, Block 18, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City 1300.
