We are a member company of the Jardine Matheson Group and work within the framework of Jardine Engineering Corporation, a company headquartered in Hong Kong and operates throughout Asia. Our Products Our agricultural product range include insecticides, molluscicides, herbicides, fungicides, plant growth regulators, plant nutrition and bio-stimulants. We also offer seeds, both hybrid and genetically modified, which, together with our other agro products, are used for crops like rice, corn, mango and other fruits and vegetables. The applied construction chemical product range, on the other hand, includes wood preservatives, soil termiticides, waterproofing, and cementitious add mixtures. We also offer pest control services and various household consumer items such as home pest solutions and home care products. Product Safety Throughout our operations, we uphold the highest standards for the health and safety of our employees and protection of the environment. We provide various product stewardship and training programs to our employees and customers to ensure the safe and proper use of our products. Product Distribution The distribution of our products is done through a wide network of authorized distributors and dealers nationwide. We achieve our broad market coverage through our highly trained sales force and technical support team. Products are transported to our distribution network by accredited truckers and forwarders whose staff is annually trained in the safe and proper handling of our products. History Jardine Distribution, Inc., spun off from the former Jardine Davies Inc. group, incorporating the latter’s agricultural and construction chemical divisions. Jardine Davies in turn acquired its name in 1974, after James Matheson & Co. of Hong Kong bought into Theo H. Davies & Co., Ltd of Hawaii. Jardine Davies was one of the first foreign-held Philippine companies to be publicly-owned and listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. Jardine Matheson was founded in 1832 as a trading company in China but is now a diversified business group operating principally on Asia."
