BSM Crew Service Centre Philippines Inc. (BSM-CSC-PH), formerly known as Philippine Hammonia Shipagency Inc. (PHS) formed on 01 July 2003 following the merger between Philippine Hanse and Hammonia Marine Services. Philippine Hanse Ship Agency was incorporated in 1979 and Hammonia Marine Services was incorporated in 1981.
