The Lady Local Legislators' League of the Philippines, or Four-L Philippines, is an active Organization of Lady Local Legislators of the Country. The league envisions a just, peaceful, and humane society where every Filipino woman is given equal opportunity through more dynamic, resilient, effective, responsive, and sustainable programs, and activities that promote the welfare of women and children in our country. The Lady Local Legislators League is composed of women legislators, Vice Governors, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members, Sangguniang Panlungsod Members, Sangguniang Bayan Members, Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons.
