The Firm is headquartered in Cagayan de Oro City- a leading business, financial and economic hub in Northern Mindanao. It was established in June 1, 2010 by Atty. Kenneth O. Tamala, MBA and Atty. Joeffrey D. Namalata. From two founding lawyers, the Firm grew to include Atty. Chiqui Paghacian and Atty. Rochelle T. Bidad. From its original location in Capistrano St., the Firm transferred to its present headquarters at Pabayo St. in 2013. In October 2015, Atty. Vanessa Vegafria joined the Firm and shortly thereafter, the Firm merged with Bacal Bacal and Associates. Hence, Bacal Namalata Tamala Vegafria Llesis Bidad was born. In February 2018, the Firm became the present Bacal Namalata Tamala Bidad Law. In June 2019, Atty. Cesar Arnulf T. Benitez, RN and Atty. Dexter Jade M. Bete joined the Firm as associates.
