As companies face the new normal, virtual meetings move toward completely replacing face-to-face meetings. In order for teams to achieve their goals, they must be able to facilitate virtual meetings effectively, by utilizing the principles and practices that contribute to productivity.

In this two-hour learning session, participants will be able to utilize the framework and best practices to facilitate effective virtual meetings. As general objectives, the session aims to summarize challenges that make meetings unproductive; practice the framework to effective meetings; create agendas and meeting minutes that are clear and results-oriented; and facilitate team meetings that focus on improvement and/or results.
