Striking the Right Balance: Security of Tenure 101
In light of the government's declaration of a state of public health emergency due to coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) in the Philippines, the ECCP together with its Human Capital Committee regret to inform you that our learning session on Striking the Right Balance: Security of Tenure 101 scheduled on 17 March 2020 at 17th Floor, One/NEO Building, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig has been POSTPONED until further notice.

In partnership with the ECCP Human Capital Committee, the ECCP will hold its first Learning Session on security of tenure (SOT). Participants will get to hear the latest developments about the SOT bills pending in the 18th Congress as well as their implications to both the management and workforce. This knowledge-packed activity will also highlight the current regulatory environment on contractualization practices in the Philippines and some best practices and case studies in the Asia-Pacific region.
