"Employer Branding", is a new concept for some but for a growing number of companies, it is an integral part of their organizational DNA. At the first ECCP Coffee Morning Session in Davao, learn how to link the concepts of Employer Branding and Employee Engagement by through the principles in building your dream team and becoming a High Performance Organization. Also learn to identify reasons why good talent leaves in order to prevent this from happening to your organization. In this session, participants will learn to identify and manage high potential talent and get answers to questions like “Are leaders born or made?” and “What are the barriers in driving them through your organization?”

A Canadian Citizen and a Singapore Permanent resident, Hany has several years of experience in project development, government relations, strategic planning of human resources, organization development and organization effectiveness. Prior to joining the consulting field, Hany held several key leadership positions in ExxonMobil and Tyco Corporation. They included the role of Regional General Manager for South and South East Asia, Regional Human Resources Director for Asia, Vice-President Engineering and Construction, General Manager Technology and New Ventures, Safety, Health and Environmental Director.
