He is a highly-respected senior consultant of ACF and a sought-after trainer across a diversity of manufacturing facilities, public and private service organizations and universities across the Philippine archipelago. He is also a productivity expert versed in work simplification and measurement techniques used to determine appropriate manning standards and standard operating procedures. He worked with San Miguel Corporation 20 years, in the Business Process Outsourcing for 4 1/2 years, with Universal Robina Corporation for 3 years, and more than 2 years as ACF senior consultant.
