Course Overview

Joomla! is an open source Content Management System (CMS). Joomla is considered to be the world’s most popular open source web development and content management tool. This course is designed to provide an introduction to the fundamentals of Joomla 3.6.x, to enable the participants in building and maintaining dynamic web sites.

Joomla accounts for almost 6% of all websites created worldwide, and is the leading CMS application preferred by non-techie users as well as by experienced users. It’s wealth of extensions ranges from restaurants, museums, accounting, government, tourism, hotel management, retail and real-estate websites, to name a few. Thousands upon thousands of extensions and templates abound in the Joomla community.
