Igniting the Human Advantage in the Age of AI
I. EVENT OVERVIEW
As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly embedded in everyday business operations, many professionals are questioning how their roles and value are changing. The Human Advantage in the Age of AI is designed to equip leaders, executives, and professionals with the mindset, frameworks, and practical tools required to thrive alongside artificial intelligence. This interactive dialogue focuses on reframing AI from a perceived threat into a strategic advantage. Participants will explore how uniquely human capabilities such as influence, trust, judgment, and relationship-building can be amplified through the intelligent use of AI tools.
Facilitated by Dr. Justin Cohen, this session combines experiential insights with live demonstrations and guided exercises. Participants will actively engage with AI during the dialogue, learning how to use it as a personal influence, communication, and reflection coach. The session emphasizes immediate application, enabling participants to act on real business opportunities with confidence.
II. OBJECTIVES
By the end of the session, participants will learn how to reframe AI from a perceived threat into a practical advantage, build trust and influence without relying on pushy sales tactics, and confidently initiate conversations and follow up with clients or colleagues.
