Mindanao Economic Forecast: 2026 Outlook

05 February 2026 | 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

As one of the country's key growth areas, Mindanao continues to drive the Philippine economy through its strength in agriculture, manufacturing, trade, and a steadily expanding tourism sector. With new developments shaping the region's competitiveness, staying updated on the latest outlook is essential for both public and private stakeholders.

In line with this, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) Northern Mindanao will convene the Mindanao Economic Forecast: 2026 Outlook on February 05, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM via Zoom. The webinar will provide an updated discussion on Mindanao's economic prospects for 2026, including GDP growth expectations, infrastructure momentum, employment trends, and the overall investment climate.

Beyond the core indicators, the session will also examine key forces influencing the region's trajectory—such as policy directions, market and industry shifts, and external/global economic conditions and identify the priority sectors where growth opportunities are expected to be strongest in 2026.

Designed for investors, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, the event serves as a platform to align perspectives, anticipate risks, and spot opportunities as Mindanao moves into the year ahead.
