As the Philippines implements Universal Health Care (UHC), one of the country's biggest challenges remains the effective integration of primary and emergency care. Ensuring continuity, from prevention and early screening to immediate emergency response requires a coordinated approach, sustainable financing, and regulatory pathways that encourage and allow innovation and access.

Building on the momentum of the 2025 Healthcare Forum and continued engagement with priority agencies, the ECCP Healthcare Forum 2026 aims to deepen the dialogue with government implementing bodies, highlight policy updates, and facilitate best practice exchange among innovators, development partners, and health system actors.

The forum will provide a platform to engage government stakeholders and other key agencies on strategic updates, program implementation gaps, and industry partnership opportunities.

Objective: To deepen public and private collaboration in strengthening UHC implementation by aligning policy, financing, and innovation toward integrated primary and emergency care in the Philippines.
