Workshop Learning Objectives
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

- Apply structured techniques to analyze situations and identify root causes using tools such as Fishbone Diagrams and Project Charters.
- Generate alternative solutions using creative and analytical methods, including SWOT/TOWS analysis, mind mapping, and silent idea generation.
- Evaluate and prioritize solutions based on strategic impact and implementation feasibility using tools like the Impact-Ease Matrix, Force Field Analysis, and Decision Evaluation Matrix.
- Develop actionable implementation plans and establish basic project monitoring strategies to ensure successful resolution and follow-through.
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and decision-making through real-world cases, team-based activities, and scenario-based applications.
