[2nd Run] Legal Essentials: Applying the Labor Code in Employee Discipline

This program provides the foundational principles of the Philippine Labor Code as applied in the disciplinary process and tailored for emerging HR practitioners. The program is designed to help participants who don't have a legal background to learn the fundamental aspects of employment regulations. Additionally, it aims to equip participants with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complex legal landscape of managing employment issues.

By the end of the program, participants will gain insights into key topics such as management and employee rights, workplace standards, legal aspects on the termination of employment, to help participants maintain a compliant and harmonious work environment.

Through our Subject Matter Experts' real-world experiences, case studies and interactive discussions, participants will develop a deeper understanding of the legal framework that governs employer-employee relationships helping them to confidently handle HR responsibilities, foster employee satisfaction, and mitigate legal risks.
