He is a certified in other programs like performance coaching, project management and basic sales and marketing programs. Clients, both personal and in coordination with other consultancies have included banks, manufacturing, telecom companies, BPOs, FMCGs and various subsidiaries of local conglomerates. Lately, Al has been consulting with small and medium companies. It is his growing advocacy.
He has also designed teambuilding workshops, both indoor and outdoor. He partnered with a local entrepreneur in the early 2000’s and designed a teambuilding workshop based on Sun Tzu’s Art of
War, using paintball as the primary activity.
Currently, he is one of HURIS’s consultant and he facilitates its leadership development programs for
public and private sector.
