Amateur and professional sports photographers will get the chance to hone their skills through the Football Fotofest. ECCP is inviting all interested photographers to grab the chance to be promoted throughout Cebu, with winning entries to be featured on Cebu Daily News, Amazing Cebu TV 54 and Greenworld LED Solution Inc’s Digital Signage at Mabolo.

The Football Fotofest is open to all amateur and professional photographers who have registered on or before April 30, 2011.  The Registration Form can  be accessed here or by clicking the Download button above.

There must be at least ten (10) duly registered participants for the photo contest to be valid, otherwise it shall be declared as a no contest.

Registration Fee:
ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP 100.00) per registrant

Submit your registration form payment on or before April 30, 2011 to:

Contest Guidelines:

1. The general theme for the photo contest is “FOTOshoot: Fun, Original, Timeless and Opportune”
2. All entries must be candid and un-posed. Photographers are reminded to refrain from calling the attention of and from interrupting the players while the games are ongoing. Photographers are likewise not allowed to enter the pitch when the games are ongoing.
3. A maximum of Three (3) photos may be submitted by each registrant. Excess photos submitted shall be charged P10.00 each. All photos should be taken during the 5th ECCP Football Cup on May 15, 2011 at the Cebu International School.
4. Photos must be submitted in raw file (e.g NEF, CRW, etc.) in CD format with the name of the photographer and the ID number on the CD and covering on the envelope.
5. Composite images and digital alteration like adding/removing of any part of the image is disallowed.
6. Identifying marks, signs and address to insinuate information of ownership is strictly prohibited on the photo entry.
7. Images submitted may be in full color or black and white,
8. Criteria for Judging:
   • 50% - Relevance to the Theme
   • 30% - Composition
   • 20% - Quality of Image (sharpness/exposure/lighting)
9. Deadline for submission of entries will be on May 18, 2011 at 5:00 pm at ECCP Office, 3/F C.L. Center, 14 Juana Osmena Street cor. Llorente Street, Cebu City.
10. By joining this contest, all entries and finalists agree that the royalty of the photographer shall not apply every time ECCP/ECCP Football Cup organizers will use the photos and grants the same royalty-free, worldwide, exclusive license to display and reproduce the photo/s for promotional purposes. Rights to all the entries shall belong exclusively to ECCP/ECCP Football Cup organizers. The photographer may not use the photographs or variation of that same composition for any other purpose except for his personal portfolio. Photographers will be given photo credits every time applicable.
