
Strategic Decision Making Course
In this program, participants will learn how to decide, recommend decisions, and how to analyze and manage risks such as prevention and contingencies should these happen. In analyzing problems, they learn how to pinpoint through causes and make decisions either to correct or adapt. They also learn to analyze complex situations by indicating what actions are needed, prioritize, and identify responsibilities for actions.
Course Objectives:

Ma. Lourdes Tan-Tuazon
Consultant
Ma. Lourdes “Odet” Tan-Tuazon is a management consultant specializing in organization studies, human resource systems development, training and development and project evaluation. She has over 30 years of professional management consulting and training experience. Her work includes exposure to both the private and public sectors.
She served as Human Resource Services Manager of St. Paul University Manila from August 2004 to May 2013 where she also taught in the undergraduate and graduate programs. At present, she is a part-time faculty of the Milleret School of Business and Management for Women of the Assumption College in Makati.
Her consulting work includes organization review, audit and restructuring, development and installation of job evaluation and compensation programs, salary surveys, design and installation of performance appraisal system, project appraisal and evaluation, and executive recruitment.
