Navigating the Role: Basic Skills for Successful Executive Assistants Workshop is a specialized program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a high-level administrative role supporting executives and top-level management. Our resource speaker has earned her experience in being a contemporary and successful executive assistant. In fact, she used this role to showcase her skills and earn her next steps in her career. As the Executive Assistant to the President of a car dealership corporation, she was promoted to become the Corporate Affairs Officer. As the Executive Assistant to the vice chairperson of a regional development council, she moved on to become a nationally awarded specialist in an economic and development government agency. And while working with the Mindanao Manager for an American project, she was the Executive Assistant with her own secretary.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Public Service Management, and a Doctor in Business Management equipped with a Certificate of Teaching. Her professional interests include organizational management, accounting information systems, research, human resource management, and training preparation and facilitation.

Aside from being a partner of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Northern Mindanao, she holds multiple responsibilities in Capitol University as its Director for Business Development and Management Program, Manager of the Business Incubation and Support Center, and the Chair of the Management Department of the Graduate School.
