The milestone celebration of our 45th Anniversary this year is a symbol of your unwavering support since our foundation in 1978. With you, our members, the ECCP is kept grounded in its purpose and is able to serve you through all our advocacy, projects, events, and initiatives. As the oldest European chamber outside of Europe and as one of the leading business organizations in the country, safe to say, the ECCP has made its mark when it comes to advocacy, market intelligence, and the ability to provide its over 730 member companies with opportunities to connect.

Join us as we bring all of you together at this year's ECCP Annual General Membership (AGM) Meeting to be held in a hybrid format this coming 01 June 2023 from 3 PM to 5 PM at Ascott BGC. The AGM will be followed by an evening celebration of the Chamber's 45 years of championing European-Philippine business.

We want to make this a safe and comfortable gathering for everyone, so please be guided with the following reminders:

1. A maximum of two (2) representatives per company can join the AGM To avail, you must submit a 1-year or 5-year proxy form which will only be used for quorum purposes in the event that you cannot attend the event, your 2023 annual membership fees must also be settled before the event.
2. Representatives attending the AGM will automatically get complimentary tickets to attend the evening celebration. No additional registration is required. Additional attendees for the evening can register accordingly.
3. Wearing masks is required for indoor venues, but can be removed while eating or drinking.
