Multiplying Talent through Situational Leadership

This program will prepare leaders with practical tips on how to use 2 situational leadership models to address team performance gaps. The lessons will allow leaders to discover various application opportunities for the benefit of their respective teams.

The participants will discover opportunities to learn techniques in effectively managing the developmental needs of individuals within their respective teams, regardless of their respective developmental stages.


By the end of the 3-hour session, the participants will be able to:

  1. Discover one's natural leadership style
  2. Utilize situational leadership frameworks, and techniques to enable, and empower their teams
  3. Profile their team member's specific needs
  4. Create action items towards addressing team developmental priorities
  5. Practice tips on effective coaching
