Managing Cross-Cultural and Remote Workforce

21 Oct

Culture is the lens by which we see the world. Instilled in childhood, passed down from generation to generation, it impacts our perceptions and values – and how to behave towards and react to other people. With technological advances in communication and globalization, workplaces now bring a mix of people from different backgrounds together, be it online or in person. Cultural awareness can build and grow your organization. The lack of that awareness can break it.

This workshop is designed for leaders, managers, employees who wish to ensure the sustainability and growth of their organization and who wish to improve their cultural intelligence to better manage, communicate with, engage, and work with people of different cultures and backgrounds.

At the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand culture and cultural differences from a broader perspective.
  2. Discuss challenges faced with different cultural dimensions and how to overcome them.
  3. Develop awareness of the importance of acknowledging and recognizing cultural diversity.
  4. Create strategies for achieving a multicultural environment in their workplace.
