EU-Philippines Business Summit 2017

With the ECCP in the lead, the EU-Philippines Business Summit 2017 took place last October 17 2017 the Solaire Grand Ballroom. With the theme “The EU & the Philippines: Partners for Progress and Prosperity”, the forum gathered government officials and major industry players to discuss the current Philippine trade and investment regulations and policies and create a more competitive business environment. 

The Summit hosted over 450 participants from both the public and private sector to attend. Key speakers included Vice President Leni Robredo, DTI Secretary Ramon Lopez, Presidential Adviser and ASEAN BAC Chairman Joey Concepcion, Philippine Competition Commission Chairman Aresenio Balisacan, EU Ambassador Franz Jessen, Sen.
