 Members of the newly formed YPC executive board were introduced to the committee:

• Chair: Alexander Lietz (Operations Manager, Rudolf Lietz, Inc.)
• Co-chair: Daniel Romero-Salas (Business Development Manager, Thyssen Krupp)
• Advocacy coordinator: Lauren Skarkou (Sector Advocacy Officer, EU-Philippines Business Network)
• Commerce coordinator: Christian Besler (Vice President and Head of Community Engagement, Kickstart)
• Events coordinator: Antonette Mendoza (Brand Manager, KMC MAG Group)
• Finance coordinator: Patrick Lynch (Vice President, MoneyMax.ph)
• I.T. coordinator: Samuel Hebeisen (Founder, Galing Media)
• Social media and communications coordinator: Anna Bigornia (Innovations Director, BBDO Guerrero)

The group also discussed proposals to formalize the structure of the YPC by implementing membership categories (i.e., basic and premium/paying members) and brainstormed on possible YPC social and advocacy events for 2015.
