The 2026 Green Innovations Summit and Europa Awards will convene leaders from business, government, academia, and civil society to accelerate the Philippines' transition toward a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy. As one of the world's most climate-vulnerable countries, the Philippines faces increasing disruptions from storms, floods, and heat waves—underscoring the urgent need for innovative, collaborative, and scalable solutions.

Organized by the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP), the inaugural Summit builds on the strong partnership between the Philippines and the European Union, guided by the European Green Deal and the EU-Philippine Green Economy Programme (GEP). The event will spotlight green innovations across cleaner technologies, resource efficiency, circular economy solutions, digitalization, and climate tech that can deliver measurable impact.

With the theme "Scaling Sustainable Solutions: From Innovation to Impact," the Summit will feature keynote addresses, plenary sessions, panel discussions, and lightning talks focused on enabling policies, green financing, and breakthrough innovations that bridge ambition and implementation.

Held alongside the Summit, the Europa Awards 2026 will recognize organizations and local government units demonstrating excellence and leadership in sustainability through innovative and impactful initiatives. The evening will conclude with a networking dinner, offering participants a valuable opportunity to connect, celebrate achievements, and forge partnerships that advance green innovation in the Philippines.
