Strategic foresight is the discipline of thinking about the future in a structured and systematic manner. It increases both the breadth and depth of a leader's vision of future possibilities and uncertainties.
The course will equip you with the mental models and futurist tools to enhance strategic thinking, innovative thinking and risk identification. Ultimately, the objective is to help you become a better leader in a time of turbulence and uncertainty.
This program is intended for leaders who wish to involve their strategic-thinking, innovative thinking and risk identification in the context of studying possible futures. Those involved in strategic management, business development, product development, organizational development, change management, corporate planning, and innovation. There is no pre-requisite for taking this course.
The program will be conducted online with live virtual interactive modules to be implemented via Zoom Video Conferencing.

An integral part of this course is the application of learning. Participants are expected to apply their learnings to a future-oriented initiative or project for themselves or their organization. Participants will also be given the opportunity to consult with the facilitator outside of the course hours for mentoring/coaching on their futures projects.
