Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides data management & data mining support
- Facilitates strategies to strengthen membership acquisition to achieve monthly Sales Targets
- Prospects & conducts research on new players in the market (with emphasis on European companies)
- Provides support to populate and update databases
- Provides accounts management support to members across different categories
- Provides administrative support in the membership application, billing, and onboarding;
- Extends assistance on member retention strategies, i.e., distribution of satisfaction surveys, members orientation, etc.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Executive Director and/ or Membership Manager, as the need arises and in the interest of achieving the objectives of the Chamber
- Provides support for members in their chosen advocacy committees
- Facilitates membership and sponsorship acquisition from company-led events and training programs;
- Prepare, sell, and close membership event management contracts and sponsorship deals
- Provides administrative and logistical support in ECCP activities
- Creates promotional materials, i.e., e-circulars, and flyers, for release and distribution;
- Facilitates post-event reports, i.e., aggregate feedback results, attendee database updating, etc.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in account and events management.
- Degree in public relations, business management, or any other relevant area of study.
- Key expertise: business development, sales, and data management.
- With good problem and analytical skills.
- Should possess strong customer service skills and people orientation.
- Actively seeks new ways of working to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Experience in member acquisition and event management is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Offices and Google Suite.
