Duties and Responsibilities:

The International Trade Fairs Associate will work closely with the ECCP Executive Director, FMI President and the International Trade Fairs officer, in the conduct of her/his duties and responsibilities, as follows:

• Assist in securing potential ITF exhibitors and visitors and render support including the pre- and post-fair support services to the exhibitors and visitors;
• Assist in conceptualization of the marketing plans and strategies to increase visitor and exhibitor presence in the assigned international exhibitions;
• Assist in developing ITF marketing engagements and promotional efforts on international representations and local partnerships, including co-handling the FMI’s social media platforms;
• Assist in identifying market and industry opportunities, as well as market and product potential review globally, particularly in Europe;
• Assist in developing, organizing, and managing meetings, events, and activities of varying scale;
• Assist in creating and maintaining existing and future database systems including: client database, mailing address database, and database of foreign and Philippine market information, among others;
• Assist in export and trade-related services, including market analysis, mapping, and coordination with local and international institutions and counterparts;
• Perform duties as may be deemed necessary by the ITF Officer, the President, and the ECCP Executive Director.
