The HCC is a chamber forum tasked to address common issues and concerns of industries and companies in the area of human resources development and organization dynamics.

The HCC is a forum for:

  • Discussing outstanding and emerging human capital (HC) issues affecting Philippine companies and industries and global competitiveness
  • Reviewing and evaluating HC supply and demand in the Philippines
  • Exchanging ideas and innovative strategies to address HC issues
  • Advocating public-private sector consultations and cooperation on HC development

The HCC has different discussion formats to effectively address HR issues of concern to the business sector.
