Bu. of Immigration Letter to IATA
Letter informing Mr. Giovanni Bibigkani, DG & CEO of the International Air Transport Association thru Ms. Evelyn del Rosario, IATA Philippines Country Manager, that all issued ACR I-cards are valid and effective and that cardholders bound to and from the Philippines be allowed to board upon presentation of the biometric ACR I-card (though on its face it has expired) in lieu of the paper based Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), Special Return Certificate (SRC) and Exit Clearances (ECC).
