Dr. Donald Patrick Lim, Managing Director of MRM Worldwide, the digital and relationship marketing arm of the global advertising giant McCann Worldgroup. Before McCann, he was the former President and CEO of Yehey! Corporation, one of the Philippines’ top digital marketing holding company, which boasts of having managed the most number of digital marketing campaigns and websites for local and multinational brands.

Mike Henderson, Senior Vice President of Regional Operations for Sykes. Mike has been at the helm of Sykes in Asia since the very start of the BPO phenomenon and has grown the business here to well over 20,000 employees.

The panel brings expertise and insights from the Creative, Research and BPO businesses. This discussion based forum will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions and learn about best practices and practical applications which deliver real business benefits.
