ECCP is committed in organizing exceptional events for its members through regular committee meetings, forums, government dialogues and advocacy driven special events. Early evening socials and sports events are also organized to provide networking opportunities for its members, as well as for recreation.

The European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP) cordially invites you to a unique: EUROPEAN CHRISTMAS NETWORKING NIGHT happening on the 3rd of December 2012, 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm at the Skating Rink of SM Mall of Asia (MOA), Pasay City.

This milestone European Christmas celebration will take place in a European Christmas Village setting which is popularly known in Europe as the “Christkindlmarket”. This European tradition of celebrating Christmas first started in Nuremberg, Germany in 1545 and is widely celebrated all over Europe.

We are inviting the whole European community as well as our Filipino members to celebrate this Christmas the European way.

This event will also be the official opening night of the Christkindlmarket and we have prepared a unique Christmas program to entertain you. Our special evening begins with the traditional Christkind (Christmas Angel’s) Opening Prologue, followed by heavenly music from a symphony orchestra, the Christmas Tree Lighting, and the Ceremonial Toast with the much anticipated Gluhwein. You will be serenaded by beautiful voices singing a capella and be enthralled by ballet performances from the Nutcracker.

All attendees will enjoy the Christkindlmarket atmosphere, plenty of food and wine, get a chance to win raffles, and lots of opportunities to buy special Christmas items such as gingerbread, sweets, holiday meats, Christmas decorations, candles, and other holiday goods from various stalls.

Let us start early with our Happy Holidays. Join us at the European Christmas Networking Night at the Christkindlmarket.Please wear appropriate winter clothes. Occasional snowfall is expected.
